I usually really like this place, but they hold very tight to 5pm for their express lane. I showed up at 5:05 and it was a no go for an oil change. It’s not their fault I drive 40 minutes to get to them, but it is slightly frustrating to barely miss it and have to do it again another day. Therefore, I can’t give them a five.

Recently moved to the area and find all staff that I have worked with at Bernards to come across arrogant and condescending. I don't pretend to know alot about vehicles but I expect an expert to take care of my vehicle and educate me verse try to take advantage of my nieveness. I had purchased a oil change package which I plan to use up otherwise I would never come back.

I can’t say enough great things about Bernard’s and their sales team. This has been my second truck purchase this past year and the experience couldn’t have been better. Very honest dealer who will go above and beyond. Very personable, no pressure atmosphere. All my future business belongs to Bernard’s!
