I now go here Everytime I need an oil change. No appointment, pull in. They are fast, work as a team, and get the job done. It's the cleanest shop I've ever been in. The best part my kids can stay in the car. Really enjoy myself while I'm there. They went above and beyond the first time helping me attach a metal plate that had been making noise underneath my car. Sad they can't accept tips. Would recommend this place to all.

A bunch of younger boys goofing around. Not very professional. I could hear one of them drop his tools 4 or 5 times in the half hour I was there. They are quick though.

These people don't know what good customer service is. As evasive as can be when trying to rent a car dolly here. Moving on to a rental company that can answer basic questions, professionalism and good customer service. Competitive opening in New Richmond rental business that understands business basics.

If giving them 0 stars were an option I would have picked that. I brought my car in last week for an oil change. Not only were the guys in the shop rude, unfriendly, and treated me more like a bother then a paying customer.. but they spilled oil all over my engine, transmission, and subframe. They also didn't put the cap back on one of my tires the right way which caused almost all of the air to leak out before I caught it (luckily I did before any damage had been done to the rim). I will NEVER take my car there again and don't recommend this terrible service to anyone.
