This restaurant became absolutely one of my favorite places here in West Springfield. The atmosphere is really cozy and fun. It is comparatively a small restaurant with nice decoration, open space and good lighting. The servers are so nice there, and they never let us down even. Their food is incredibly good, always fresh and tasty. And although I am not Italian, but I think this is how Italian should be. Their pizza comes from the brick oven and has that earthy grilled crust. Their pasta is always on point and they don’t add a lot of cream to hide its taste. Oh! And never forget about the scratch tickets, you can always get something off when you have tickets ( like 5$ off or an entree for free) On the other hand there are two things that are not so good about the restaurant: 1. The restrooms are always a hot a mess- at least whenever I go there. Usually they are not clean. 2. They are short on staff, especially the receptionists. There should one specific person who welcomes people and lead them to their tables. Usually the same person who cleans the tables come to the front desk and welcomes customers, and I noticed this creates a long line and people get little frustrated

I really do like the food here one of the best Italian restaurants chain. But the service in this location is awful I went there many times hoping the service would be better but still same problem. Besides it take them for ever to bring the orders The waiters have no experience at all for how to serve I don’t blame them , I blame the manger how didn’t show and explain to them about how to serve

Great salmon with garlic spinach and I love the herb oil that they give you to dip the rolls in. Good selection of beers on tap now like harpoon IPA and Sam Oktoberfest.

Ordered our food, waited 30 minutes before the waitress told us they ran out of the chicken for our dish. Wish they told us sooner
