Not a good restaurant!! This is the second time my husband and I have dinner here and both times, it was unpleasant. Not only was the service horrible with rude waiters both times but the food was not good either. Today, after my waiter asked how the food was, I expressed that I did not enjoy it. He offered to replace my meal with a new dish. He picked the new dish I received and when it came out, it was very hot because of how quickly it was cooked. I had to wait longer just to take a bite. For the rest of our meal, our waiter did not ask how we were doing or offered dessert. It seemed he had an attitude for the rest of the night. At the end of our meal after wishing all of the other tables around us a happy new year, he just threw the check on our table and walked away. I do not recommend this place at all. Your better off driving a bit more to Olive Garden. This place is pricy and not good food or service at all.

Nope, don't like it. No sir I don't.
Came here for a drink after work with the girls to unwind and simply talk about the work day. It was about an hour and a half before they would close and we were really just in for a one and done and some pizza. However the treatment we got from the Bartender + the Manager was less the acceptable. First of all, my friend and I got there before our other two friends. We have one cock tale which ( btw ) was made incorrectly and with a horrid amount of sugar that neither of us had asked for. We ask the Bartender to remake the drink and , after giving us a bit of attitude telling us how the drink "SHOULD" be made , made us another one. 

The night goes on and the bartender does pretty much anything in her power not to really speak to us. She grabs a chair from the bar and drags it across the floor so she can stand on top of it and get something from a higher shelf. You know, the chairs that customers sit on. Without a spotter. Im sure OSHA would love to watch that on the camera Anyway, after her death defying stunt, we order food as our other friends come in and sit with us. They both get a martini. Which was also incorrectly made. 

Our food arrives are we start to eat. The food was fine. However this is also where the real problem starts. Now , mind you, we have only had one poorly made drink this entire time. We ask the bartender if she can make us a round of shots and also make my one friend and I another drink as we had been done our first for a while and she never made us another. The ice had literally made us cups of water in the time she took to even get back to us.

WELL. This Bee goes back and gets her Manager saying our group had been drinking too much and she refused to serve us because it's "Illegal" In NJ to serve a Drink and a shot at the same time. 

SO here's the kicker. The one friend who had come in , you know the one who had the poorly made Martini that really did not want to start anything because she had a day. . yeah. . she's a licences bartender. Oh and the other one? A head of Food and Beverage from down in AC.   Needless to say, the Manager was unsure on if she should defend the Bartender or not and started tripping over her own words. 

Either way we were already offended . The Bartender had even go on to say that "We needed to call a cab" or " get an Uber" Yeah because one half baked cock tale was really going hurt anyone at that point. No, what was really happening is that that Bee had 30 min left in her shift and she just wanted to clock out. 

Now I been hearing this kind of garbage happening to a lot of people lately and I've just finally had enough and needed to share. Ever since then I've not gone into Bertucci's. I wont go in ever again. 

We left without finishing our meal and rather disappointed. I'm sorry little girl. Not everyone can have an easy 8 hr shift. Some of us work 14 hrs a day and have to come in late. Sorry : Y

First time there with my fiancée tonight got there around 4:30 if not earlier. We ordered some wine and I ordered a side Cesar salad then we both ordered fettuccine Alfredo his was chicken mine was shrimp told the waitress I would like my salad before my meal. About 29 min later our food arrives but no salad so I let the waitress know I ordered a salad she said she forgot went got the salad came back my food was really bland had to add a ton of salt. Our drinks were empty when we got our food the server didn't come back for another 15 min or more. Ordered a second round of drinks and got it as we finished our meal. Then we sat for another half hour waiting for her to come over with the check or to even check on us. The place was empty and you could hear all the girls chit chatting in the front about god knows what kinda annoying. For 70.00 wasn't t worth all that waiting time. The service was HORRIBLE!!!

We were disappointed with two things. First  no soup with the meal and  no cream for coffee. We'll think twice before coming back. we will go back to Olive garden
