Been ordering here for YEARS with good service. I don’t know who they have working there now but they need to get it back together. I have been waiting for 2 hours and 40 minutes for my order!!! 2 hours and 40 minutes, don’t even wait that long at a restaurant. But that’s not the main problem, the problem is whoever they have answering the phones. Maybe she was having a bad day but hanging up on someone is not professional. I did not raise my voice did not curse nothing. Just asked for the update on my order she said “driver left 8 minutes ago” and hung up.

I was going to give Not just pizza 5 stars after we have been ordering from months now but now ill give them 2 stars! Today I ordered pizza online and I received a email stating they do not deliver to my location. I don't know how that's possible if we ordered from them about a week ago and they delivered perfectly fine. I called them,and they told me that because I was ordering online they delivered it which makes no sense because I've called in multiple time times and they delivered! I don't know if they are scared to come to my neighborhood (which is harmless) or what but that is ridiculous. I've ordered from them between 10 and 9 pm and it was never a problem after dark. I'm just upset at the fact that they made an excuse instead of saying the truth.

This place doesn’t stand behind their app. I saw in today’s shopper where if you download the app they would take $5 off your first order. I ordered and it didn’t take $5 off. I called the store and they told me I already have points so this isn’t a new a new account. I told them that this was a new account, I wouldn’t lie just to get $5 off. They didn’t try to resolve the problem. Their customer service is horrible and they just lost a customer forever...

Food is good but customer service is not. Called and asked how far they deliver. 6 miles. I'm 4.6 miles.Girl said yes we deliver there. They delivered here but girl took over a hour because she got lost (called me twice trying to find my house. I'm right by Home Depot & she was by WHS) & when she got here she wasn't friendly. Was basically mad saying you're to far. (I probably seemed a lot further since she took my road all the way down & into another town, then had to turn around) 2nd time I called to ordered they're telling me I'm too far & refused. I said you have delivered here & you deliver up to 6 miles. I'm 4.6 miles. Was told well that's too far especially on a Friday night. And hung up.
