Ordered spaghetti and meatballs. I was looking forward to a "good" Italian dinner before flying back to Washington State. I was less than thrilled. Food was hot when served. Food had no flavor. The meatballs tasted like bland store bought frozen stuff and the meat sauce had no flavor whatsoever. Staff was very attentive and eager to please. Evidently this is a chain of restaurants. Either the local diners have no discriminating taste or this place is doomed. It doesn't take much to cook spaghetti noodles and put some real flavor in the sauce. Hope they get a clue before they fold. Maybe their pizza is good, I don't know, but I will probably not return to find out.

Me and my family love the food and especially the pizza here. In our opinion they make the freshest and tastiest pizza period... Good food, good service, good beer. Need I say more lol

Waiter in bar area, tables, very pushy. If you don't take wine special, he becomes very annoyed. 
Greets women by "hon" - really annoying!
Wine extremely expensive, based on comparison to local restaurants. Definitely no happy hour, seriously $11+ per glass for wine . that sells for $7.99 a bottle.
Food decent and they do adjust menus for diet restrictions.

As far as chain Italian goes, this is a great spot. They don't try to convince you that you are actually in Italy. Good food, decent prices and the one in Shelton is never busy.
