Rosa Mina Italian Restaurant run by Frank Manchisi and his son Dino was for decades a must go for family dining on River Road in Shelton. In the 90's Frank sold the restaurant and moved back to Italy.
Jump forward to 2016. Dino Manchisi and long time family friend John Spinetti and their wives Patricia and Linda are reopening Rosa Mina in Ansonia with the same recipes and family feel everyone loved about the original.
Our motto Vieni! S'accomdi! Mangia! - Come! Sit! Eat! encompasses our passion for great Italian cooking with our love of family dining.
