Love the food here but the servers make you not want to go eat here. They seem like they have no interest in being there. They don't even ask if you would like dessert or anything else. They just bring the check. If management could get good workers here, I would come more often. It's too bad because the food is good.

Absolutely amazing! Two nights in a row I have enjoyed their take out. I am for sure sampling this entire menu before I head back home in two weeks. Service is excellent, staff is wonderful and the food is to die for!

The food , delicious and fresh,  the only thing I didn't like was ,the waitress  forgot my girlfriend 's sugar so  by the time they  returned with the sugar, the coffee was cold ...

Took my wife here for her Birthday and food was so bad I had to call back and complain, they apoligized and sent us a gift card so we ordered two pizzas extra cheese, while waiting, a customer called to make a reservation for a party of 14, the second the lady told the other staff members about it they all started cursing and complaining, once we got home this extra cheese pizzas looked more like 2 extra sauce pizzas with a little bit of cheese! It looked like someone took a machine gun and shot the cheese right out of my two poor pizzas, Everyone who knows me knows I would never want to complain about anyone but Bertuccis was so bad I just had to, I wouldn't even give a free gift card to my worst enemy,  I'm100 percent sure my worst enemy wouldn't invite me to this place either! Both times the only people who where nice where the ones who first introduce themselves to you in the front, The first time I asked the waitress for parmesan and instead of telling me when to stop she walked away after serving me like I was a 2 year old. Ok rants over, me and Bertuccis will never have contact again ✌

Chicken Marsala was excellent, tangy with light touch. Some potatoes  slightly burned but I like them that way. Broccoli fresh and bright. Great food and service for a chain.  Beats Outback.
