Story

Every day at 8 a.m., we start chopping veggies, soaking beans, and prepping our mesquite-fired grill. Not because we have to, but because we believe in delicious flavors made-to-order, from hand-rolled enchiladas to our sizzling fajitas to guacamole made right at your table. Everything pairs nicely with a grande margarita, and of course, enjoy the always endless chips and salsa.

We were sat right away, it wasn't very busy. It was 5 minutes before the manager came over with a bowl of chips and salsa to ask if we have been waited on yet. 3 minutes after that, our waitress came up to us with excuse that they didn't know who was covering the table. We gave her our drink and food order and someone else brought us our drinks a few minutes later. We then waited 25 minutes before we asked a waiter serving food to the table next to us that arrived 10 minutes after us, where our food was. He brought out right away. Our waitress never stopped by, I shared a water with my wife because my drink was empty and sitting on the side of the table for someone to see but no one stopped by. 10 minutes later when we finished eating our waitress stopped by to see how everything was. We asked for the check so we didn't have to wait for that, paid and left. We will not be coming back. The good was good though. They need a lot of work in customer service then maybe they can start working on hospitality after that.

Food was tasty. My soup was barely warm. Service very slow and our waitress obviously wanted to be somewhere else.

This may have been our worst dining out experience to date. Two adults, 3 kids under 10. Upon seating, we were given adult menus but no kid menus. We were told they were out and had to print more. He brought our drink orders and didn't think to put them in child cups with lids, so we asked our waiter to bring some cups to pour them into. Then he asked to take our order. Still no kids menus... After asking for the menus and child cups 3 times, I finally went and asked another server at the kitchen and finally got them. They were also out of chips when we arrived. We got chips 40 minutes into our visit. After we ordered, we waited another 35 minutes for our food. Our kids had nachos, which were way overdone and burnt. My burrito was wrong so they took it back to get the correct order. After watching my family finish their not-so-good meals, and after asking for my meal twice, we decided to just pay and leave because at that point it was past the kid's bedtime. I never got a meal. You read that correctly... I never got a meal. We were there for about 2 hours after being seated. I'm a pretty understanding person. I get it can be busy. I get that there can be a shortage of staff. But there was no excuse for this. Any of it. Don't let new staff onto the floor until they are properly trained. Don't let meals leave the kitchen that have not been checked for not only accuracy of order, but also being well prepared. You have lost our family's business.

My wife and I went for the first time tonight. We don't go out for Mexican and had many questions about what was in the items they serve. Our waiter, Jeremy was VERY patient and smiled the WHOLE time. The food was very tasty but Jeremy by far made our experience worth the trip. This was our first time going but will not be the last.

The restaurant was FREEZING! It was so cold my hands and nose were numb. When we mentioned this to the waitress, we were moved 15 feet from where we were sitting. No surprises, it was just as cold! I ordered a salad. The menu said it was ice berg, romaine and cabbage. The plate was piled with just ice berg lettuce. There were a few tiny chopped tomatoes, a few tiny cubes of chopped avocado and a few pieces of corn tossed over the top. If they didn't charge $12 for the salad, it would have been comical. I was literally served a plate of ice berg lettuce. Our waitress was rushed, didn't check back with us and needed to be "grabbed" each time we needed something. Incredibly disappointing experience!
