Absolute worst service. Zero stars. Went to the restaurant at 7:15 pm. Had to wait 5 minutes before a hostess even approached us. Was told a 30 minute wait time. Waited patiently for approximately 40 minutes. More than 10 other parties came after us, and were seated. We were waiting for a table of four. Multiple parties of 2+, 4+, even 12+ were seated before us. At this point approached the hostess multiple times, and were told to wait 10 more minutes and another 10 more minutes. After which I approached the hostess again. She told us that they had two separate lists. There was absolutely no order or organization to these lists. Why was there even two lists to being with? There was no recording of time entered either. When asked why we weren't seated, the hostess started to argue with us. At this moment, we left the restaurant displeased with the argumentative host. We left after waiting 1 hour, and not being seated. My question is why weren't they more organized? Literally watched over 10 parties enter and get seated. Keep in mind, most Bertucci seat on first come first serve basis. After this experience, we will not be returning to Bertucci's regardless of location. Never experienced worst service at a restaurant.

It was fantastic. Went for early dinner at rpm. No crowd. Weren't rushed at all. Alexis was server and she was awesome, no rushing at all. All food...cheese tray, chicken piccatta, chicken risotto and lemon cello cake were all perfect. Clean place, friendly place, good service

I have always enjoyed eating here. Never had a bad experience.  Food is good ,love the Tuscan chicken wings.  Prices are good . It's a great place for a quick bite. Rob is a great waiter too.

I have always had good meals there. My food was served hot and fast. Order was correct.  Our server was on top of our drinks with refills, also.

Pretty casual place.  I like the bread balls they give at the start, with the small bowl of oil and herbs.  Nice and warm bread.  The beef Braziol over linguini was good.
