WORST Friendlys experience ever. The staff is incredibly unprofessional as well as very sloppy looking. They were arguing so loud in the kitchen as to "who's job it was" to clean up whatever it was they were supposed to be cleaning. The table and menus we had were sticky and smelled like an old dishrag was used to wipe it down. So let's start with drinks....my son ordered one of the "kid" Shirley temples with the cool straw in a tall glass (what's pictured on the menu). She brings out a very small to-go cup and says that's what they give the kids. My son is TEN YEARS OLD! So why is the pretty drink shown in the picture ON THE KIDS MENU? Then the food comes. My husbands wrap sandwich looks fine. My sons chicken fingers were fine. My grilled cheese and soup????.......TERRIBLE. Dry bread and the soup was a lumpy thick tomato mess. Now on to the ice cream.... melted, sloppy, no Reece pieces in my husbands (said she forgot) even though he ordered a Reece Pieces sundae. I mean honestly it's very sad because I grew up with great memories of Friendlys. We were excited to bring our son here and were highly disappointed. Clearly the management there is lacking some serious skills. For corporate not to step in is also a shame. I wish I could include the pictures of our visit. My advice.... chose another location because this one at the Springfield Mall is absolutely shameful.

There were many unclean tables that were like that for a very long period of time. Also when seated I had to get my own menus. When we were seated the table was dirty so we had to wait for the waitress to clean the table. She did not dry off the seats or tables therefore I had to dry it on my own.

The food was burnt. The waitress asked me how everything was and I said burnt. There was no money taken off the bill (I didn't ask).....just shows me they don't really care. I will never go there again.

I waited for over an half hour to get my food and there was no one in Friendly's and it was two in the afternoon, than the machines when down and I had to wait until they came back up! Hello can you do it manually? I got physical sick on my stomach on the ride home after eating the burger with bacon on a pretzel roll!!!
