Called Felix thinking he had a brick and mortar business, but he didnt and it did not matter because he easily resolved my pleco issue expertly. Clearly knew his business. He is now my first call on any of my aquarium issues.

Felix is now deservedly well-known throughout the New York City metro area for his expertise in setting up, servicing, diagnosing and resolving problems with both saltwater and tropical (freshwater) tanks. The New York Times recently profiled Felix in a major feature story on high-quality aquarium doctors for both businesses and residences. Based on my personal experience with having Felix set up a 34-gallon GloFish tank, he can handle everything from a 10 gallon tank to 450 gallons and above, all while educating you on how to prevent future issues and problems. His educational focus and service orientation are what really set him apart, and his $275 minimum house call charge is a bargain for the value you receive in return.

This man Felix is a fraud. His company/website is fraudulent. When we initially found his service online, he was in constant communication for our initial tank cleaning. He claimed that he does not take check, only cash! As a business we need to keep a record of all our expenses, therefore I explained that in order to use his, we must write a check. Mr. Felix asked that we write a check for the follow up month so he can cash it and be sure it was a valid check. He cashed the check, and we never heard from him again. When we tried contacting him for approximately 1 month, there was no answer, eventually going directly to VM, I'm assuming he blocked the phone number. Then I called from my personal cell phone, and what do you know? there was an answer. While demanding an answer, he hung up the phone on me, and also will not answer again. FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

Felix!!!!!! It's awesome Very professional and he really knows how take good care of your aquarium. Our tank was in really bad shape😩 Until we found Felix in Google and now we have a healthy and beautiful aquarium including babies!!!!!
