Sales personnel are always friendly and helpful. They typically know what they're talking about. UPDATE: I would avoid this store. I must have hit it lucky before because they had awful service this time. So I went in just as they opened. Most of their associates were busy doing inventory so there was 1 single solitary associate to help 4 customers in a department where helping someone is NOT a quick deal. Frankly they had no idea what they were doing plus their strategy for running a store was dumb at best. Why? Because they were doing inventory while customers were removing items from the shelf and walking around with them as the counting continued. REALLY!!! I also had to pick from the shelf either a damaged box that was open or one that looked like an ape threw it around in its cage for hours. Another thing, the guy that sits by the door all day was not the brightness bulb in the pack. I gave up waiting for an associate and as I went to cash out only 1 of several items I was planning on buying I stopped to ask him what is the best time to shop here when inventory isn't taking all their associates away from helping customers. He says anytime. I say well apparently not now. He again says anytime. I say well I was planning on buying more stuff but not anymore. He shrugs his shoulders. NOT GOING BACK THERE AGAIN.

I had an annoying encounter when I was trying to browse an aisle that was being used by an employee as an office water-cooler gossip station. She asked if she could help me in a tone that suggested I was interrupting her private time. Instead of showing me where to find the item I wanted she told me to go ask someone else. 3 minutes later when I wandered passed her again she said very rudely "CAN I HELP YOU!?" Again! as if my aimless wandering was a personal assult on her territory. I was just wasting time waiting for my husband. I had to run away. So yeah strong dislike.

They don't call it best but for nothing. Find something online at a better price? Have them price match it for you. Too lazy to search for better prices? They do that too! Just say"could you price match that for me?" Saved me 300$ when I bought my washer.

This place is sort of hit and miss. For hits, it has some pretty generous warranty plans for at least some of its phones, as well as some relatively fairly priced electronics on the storage front. All the same, the prices here are higher than what you would find online or in some other stores. If you're looking to try before you buy, this is a pretty decent place to go, but maybe look into where else you can buy the same products before you spend your money.
