TERRIBLE SERVICE! DO NOT GO TO SOUND FX! First of all; they quoted me $250 when I made the appointment. Then when I dropped it off I asked to make sure it was going to cost what they quoted and they said it would be $220 (which was a nice surprise). When I went to pick it up they charged me $298!!! Which was way more than my original quote. I found out they cut the carpet in my Mercedes without my permission. And to top it all off EVERYTHING STOPPED WORKING THE NEXT DAY! When I went back to have them take a look they told me I blew the amp... they refused to take responsibility and said I would have to buy a new amp through them or get mine repaired through them. I asked them to uninstall everything since I was completely unsatisfied and they wanted to charge me EVEN MORE for the uninstall. What a waste of time and money.

Cant say enough about this business. The first thing they are amazing at is responding to emails/communications. They gave me every singly little detail i needed as well as provided me with detailed invoices for requested work. I had about a MILLION questions (which I sent via email) about my new stereo system. They answered them ALL as fast as I sent that. That is HUGE to me. After that...they scheduled me right away...got everythiing installed as promised in the time frame they said it would be done. They were also super helpful with suggesting alternatives...as well as suggesting what to keep and what not to keep with my stereo system. LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. As a jeep owner...you have to have a good stereo system. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Absolutely great customer service from John. Spent lots of time with me talking about compustar which I knew nothing about beforehand. RI quality products.
