I like the store. But the financial department sucks. I have had a store card there for 5 years or more. And they refuse to raise the limit. Not even $100 dollars at Christmas time. And the worst part is I don't even owe them a dime. Whenever I buy something I pay it off before I buy anything else. So I have started shopping elsewhere.

Just start, I did work in this store for 2 years. I did take pride in the store but I won't let that influence my review. This is one of the best Best Buy stores I have been in. I find myself in stores all over the US and honestly I get the best service in this one, before and after I worked here. A lot of times there will only be one or two people staffed in each department, which is difficult if there are a lot of people who want to look at/buy something in that department. All you need to know is this, imagine walking into the Apple store or Verizon. There is generally a queue in order to be seen. Best Buy is very similar to that. Make sure someone knows you need some help if it's busy, but the employees here will be happy to help you if they are free. Keep in mind that it is difficult for 1 person to provide great service to 3 customers. If you wait for your turn then you will receive great customer service every time!

The guy that helped me find a TV and sound system was helpful, but the people at the checkout were not very friendly and seemed annoyed that I bought a TV and sound system right before they closed. I probably won't shop there again unless I absolutely have to. Also, their selection of sound systems is not that great.

I ordered a new tablet online through the website and it was available for pickup at the store the next day. I don't live nearby so it was a few days before I could get there. I reviewed numerous reminders that my purchase was available for pickup. Upon arrival for pickup I had a quick and easy time of confirming my identity and receiving my item. I decided to get a case for the tablet and was helped by an associate who was friendly and extremely knowledgeable. He answered all of my questions and I was on my way in no time. I would definitely recommend best buy to a friend.

Store was very well stocked and clean. Store associates were very friendly and helpful, however first computer tech did not explain that out of the box merchandise is customer returns. He made it sound more like it was display models. So we purchased a out of the box laptop expensive computer and software for it. We told him it was for college classes and we were sold Microsoft software. When we got computer home it would not work. We had to drive an hour to return it. The sales associate that helped us this time explained to us about out of the box and told us.that the college provided microsoft software and we could return what we had bought and helped us find a comparable new.computer. so we learned to be careful with their sales staff!
