The staff at this store are amazing. They're so helpful and worked with us with our phones patiently to get us some great phones and seitch our service. So happy to be with Sprint and keep up the awesome work Kathryn Beavers, Manager Carl Miller and Assistant manager Brad Pye!!! Amazing customer service..they go way more than above and beyond to make their customers happy, thank you so much!!!

We had a great experience at the baytree sprint location....and I would recommend it to anyone and definitely recommend seeing Kathryn beavers she is awesome!!!!!!!!!

Sprint doesn't work well where I am located. I have an unlimited data plan but I mainly use the wifi since that is also very slow. The females there were really sweet and helpful but when I came back, there was one man that was just really rude. The store is nice but Sprint itself is AWFUL!
