Went in ready to buy a dishwasher, knew what I wanted just needed someone to help me! Gentleman in the appliance department is on the phone dealing with an unhappy customer. We stand close to the desk and wait patiently for him to end his call. Once he does he continues to type at the computer. I realized he was most likely still dealing with the customer issues but just an acknowledgement that we were standing there wanting would have really been nice.  After a few moments he stood up and began to pack his bag, he ask if we needed help, which seemed clear as we were just standing there waiting. We replied yes and he said well someone else will have to help you I have a class at Georgia State in 30 mins.  Really??? You could have just called this person when you got off the phone!  The very nice lady at the front door called to MOD to
Come and help us but at that point we were just done. Went next door to Home Depot where we received 5 Star service!! And made our purchase.

Store was neat and well stocked. Customer service was terrible. The staff stood and talked and ignored customers.

Decent selection of everything. All gaming displays are broken which is no fun. Wish they had more options of computers that can cool themselves off with these i7 processors! A couple of guys were awesome and very helpful, one was good, but an introvert, so was a little awkward to talk to expression wise. 
Reason 1 star is missing: displays missing, gaming displays out of order and do not work. Minus that, good people. Wish they taught people more about heat and processors, but that isn't their fault. 
Solution: put everything on display (especially the laptop that was almost 30% off and fix game stations.

Absolutely cannot get anyone to answer the phone! I had one simple question. Tried all automated options and departments. Hard to believe.

AWFUL CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE!  They have wasted my time for 2 days straight. Any every time I called they have a lame excuse for why my $6000 of appliances has not arrived.  Even at 11:15am today Pam (the appliance manager) assured me that my purchase would be delivered by noon. Of course noon comes and NOTHING!!!!!!!!

The "manager" Marcus is COMPLETELY USELESS and has no idea how to manage a customer driven operation. He just hung up the phone on me when I expressed how I felt and the experience I received. You lost my business to Home Depot and Loews. Clearly you need to understand the LTV of a customer. 

Best Buy, seems you need to clean house and get a new logistics/delivery company as well as a management team that knows how to run a business.
