WOW. Brianna saved the day!  I have enjoyed my T Mobile Service after switching from AT&T but tonight really sealed the deal.  I was very upset after realizing money was being taken from my bank acct and my cell phone was shut down from being able to make calls....identity theft!  This all happened at 7:15PM, I figured it out by 7:25PM and was out the door to the closest T-Mobile by 7:35PM. I arrived at the store at 7:45PM(they close at 8PM).  I felt terrible, apologized and explained the situation and both employees were so helpful and welcomed me in. Brianna basically took over from there. As I called to tell the bank to not allow those transactions, Brianna was simultaneously helping me retrieve my stolen phone number. Brianna was cool, calm and collected during the entire process. I couldn’t thank her enough. A true professional and made a horrible moment somewhat bearable. She found a very fast, efficient remedy. Both employees there were so helpful and patient.  I sincerely appreciate the hard work, excellent training and well informed professionals/experts at this location. Thank you!

I've finally decided to leave my prepaid account because Tmobile had an unbeatable special! I first visited this location of T-Mobile two weeks ago to sign up for their special I had the best time the staff was amazing all my questions were answered and I left with a new phone highly recommend
