We like this location. It's organized the way most best buys are, but even though we went on Black Friday, the store was pretty well organized, and the staff seem to have control of everything. We will definitely come back as this is a good place to get both items as well as repairs done.

This review is for GeekSquad installation services at this location. I was there to get my new in-dash receiver and remote start system installed. The guy there was super helpful and knowledgeable. He installed both items perfectly. When placing the online order for receiver, BB didn't advise that I will need dash kit for the installation. As BB was not carrying the kit compatible with my car, I went to a near by car audio shop and bought one. The installation guy waited for me and still finished the work in stipulated time.

Had very good experience with them ( Randy, Alton, Angelo & Pat) in te Christmas Eve, there were trying all their best to help me with their sweet smiles.

I bought some appliances at Best buy and got a decent deal on them. Agent never told me to disconnect my current appliances from where they currently were. Install team showed up and removed my refrigerator and didn't install the new one to start. They then proceed to tell me that they couldn't remove the stove because it wasn't uninstalled. I was called by Jackie to give the bad news. Jackie was unbelievably unhelpful.
Now I don't have a refrigerator until who knows so that's nice. They didn't even offer to put the new or old one in since they couldn't do the stove. 
This is by far the worst experience I have ever had with any sort of installation. Please do not make the same mistake I did. What a nightmare.
