I walked into PC Richards after a harrowing experience at another retailer. My washer and dryer needed replacement and delivery and installation issues had led me to cancel with the other company.  I called first and spoke w/ Scott and he helped me over the phone to determine that they could help me.  When I arrived at the store Scott quickly showed me the machines that would fit and explained various installation options.  He was correct and delivery was quick (2) days  and install went smoothly. First they sent someone to measure which reassured me as well.  The installer was honest and returned the items to the store that were unused for credit.   I am relieved that there is a company that still goes the extra mile and takes pride in their service.  Let's hope these LG machines last as long as my Kenmores however.!

I had an amazing customer service experience. My washer gave out and I needed one ASAP. The sales rep at this store got me the best deal and had my new washer delivered first thing in the morning the next day. In addition, they gave me a rebate for the energy efficient washer, saving me more money. Thanks so much for your services. I have recommended this store to all my friends and family to go here.

Jamesy L and Rob were the most helpful employees ever. They made sure that we got the right deal along with the right TV. They were very considerate and constantly did anything to make sure we got what we wanted, at the price we wanted. Will definitely be coming back!

The manager, Ryan Mullins, was an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure I got the best deal and was satisfied with everything. Was friendly, patient and quick to get back with any questions I had for him. Very knowledgeable as well! Definitely my go to store for any purchases in the future!

The store manager, Ryan, and the rest of his team were terrific. They are very knowledgeable about their products and obviously PC Richards has some of the best prices....great combination. I will continue to be a loyal customer.
