After spending nearly $900 @ Best Buy they refused to warranty the carrying case I purchased with my phone. Best Buy instructed me to contact the manufacturer, this requires I give out my credit card number to a third party and pay for shipping, not to mention the inconvenience of going without my phone in a carrying case until a new one is shipped. If they can't be bothered to replace a cheap piece of plastic, I can't be bothered to spend thousands of dollars every year at Best Buy!

TOP QUALITY SERVICE I wanted to buy Bose Quiet Comfort 35 in black, but they only had it in silver in the store. So they started to call other best buy`s in the area, to try and get it for me before i had to go overseas in 3 days time. The next day they called me and said that the headphones where in the store, and that the manager had personally brought them up for another store.(i think it was down at best buy Melbourne fl/ 40 mins away) This is top class service! I would definitely recommend this store and their hard working employees. Thank you :D
