I would deffitanly not recommend this Best Buy. They are LIARS  and THIEVES . It's as if they make their rules up as they go when it comes to getting your money back. The so called "helpful representatives" over the phone where less than that, and so far I've had to make two trips to the store already. I was honestly hoping from the last bad experience with one Best Buy this one would be different. If you value honesty from any retail store and quality for your hard earned money, do not waste your time with Best Buy at all especially this branch.

Make sure if you’re returning something that’s it’s specifically from this store and not another location. I thought you could make a return to any brick and mortar store, but apparently not. I was told at customer service that I would need to take my purchase to the original store which was closest to me at the time, but not closest to my house. Now I have to make the drive to make the return. A customer service rep walked up and asked (who I assume to be some sort of manager) if my item was a return he just glanced and said “yeah, but he’s taking it to another store” and the employee just looked puzzled. I’ve never had good service at this store anyway so I don’t know why I thought this would have been different. Oh well.

Do not go to this store.  They do not know what going on and make a sale.     They even reject their own Best Buy coupon .   Go to other Best Buy  store

Great store and they match prices from anywhere. They have an awesome customer service and the  help to pick what you need it's outstanding.

I typically have enjoyed best buy. But this store has really bad management and they don't care about the customer experience. I encourage and beg best buy to contact me and earn my business back. I spend thousands with these guys and now I am really considering never buying from them again. Don't go to this store if you are looking for something
