Scheduled delivery of washer, dryer and fridge. Deliveryman came at 9 at night and I was told the hook up lines which I had purchased were not there so had to reschedule to come back and hook up washer once again waiting from 6 to 9 at night. So it's 7 and still waiting Customer service sucks. And I found the hookups inside the fridge. All they had to do was look inside the fridge.

Ken is the only helpful sales associate I saw him struggling to meet the needs of all the customers, their prices are wrong. If you check online at the sears outlet the prices are lower. There is also items that they have with serials numbers that do not show up on the website. If you look and find the item on their outlet site and tell them this microwave is not 800 but 400 they will say that the microwave is only at this store therefor it's not on their website. The pricing lady is persistent that their items are unique and not like the ones at other stores or on the sears website. I reccomend going to the outlet near farmers branch since their customer service is excellent!

Bought a washing machine for a facility I work at. It had a small dent on the side. Nobody will ever see the dent so I bought it. Saved me $200 compared to a new washing machine of the same model.

This was the most fun I have ever had shopping for appliances. I started with a refrigerator and wound up with a double oven, dishwasher and a microwave. This is a great place to go!
