Just awful. Bought an overpriced tv, set delivery date for the next day anywhere from 8 to noon. Next day rolls around and I'm waiting for the tv to arrive but remembered they said they would call prior so around 10am I decided to check the status of my order, when I called all I could get was an automated system but it told me that my order was cancelled. Wondering why they never called to tell me I spent the next 45 minutes trying to get a hold of best buy with no luck. Frustrated I went to the store where I spoke with a manager about the ordeal. Turns out you can't actually call them and talk with a real person inside the store, how convienent. I told her what had happened and from the second my mouth opened she was extremely rude and snippy. It blows my mind that they put that kind of swine in charge of a store when I wouldn't put her in charge of making her own decisions. They never called me to let me know what was going on and I get verbally abused by best buy when I confront them about it. Never setting foot in another best buy.
