Monique S. was amazing!  I went in to buy a TV and  she went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND to find a way to get the TV I wanted  delivered to me ASAP and delivered for free.  They did not have it in the delivery warehouse, therefore usually the only option is for Geek Squad to deliver the showroom TV  for a $100 fee incl. installation. She called colleagues on their day off and was beyond persistent to find a way to get me the TV I wanted, at my house within a few days with a free delivery. Thank you Monique! You are beyond awesome!

I’ve only been here twice,  but I’ve had really good experiences. Both times I went with my boyfriend for a return and the line was short, and service was quick and painless! This review is more of a reflection of the store rather than Best Buy (obviously, we’ve had 2 recent returns). The team leader that we interacted with, Guy, was particularly pleasant!

Emmanuel was outstanding.  He was extremely knowledgeable about the computer components I had come into purchase.  He also shared in some of his own personal computer building experience.  This being my first ever build, I'm happy to have gotten such great feedback on the components I used.

I wish I could give 0 stars; one hell of an inconvenient experience. Drove 30 miles to buy an Apple TV. Before checking out, I spoke with the employee who helped me to make sure that the product included everything: the power cord, the remote, and the Apple TV. They assured us that their Geek Squad thoroughly inspected the product to make sure at all was  well and everything was included. But of course that was not the case.  When I opened the box at home, the power cord was missing.  Thank God I had an extra from an old apple ext. hard drive that I no longer use.  Also, when I powered it on, the language was in Japanese and someone else's Apple ID and info was on the product! I bought this as a "new" product from Homestead Best Buy, but clearly it was used and they tried to pass it off as new.  I called the store and asked to be refunded the cost of the power cord or to be sent a replacement power cord.  The "best they could do" was give me a new power cord if I drove all the way back.  5 managers and transfers later, I finally was granted a refund.  They tried to quote me $5 for the power cord... Apple's website quotes these at $22.50.  I told them this and they reluctantly agreed to honor the actual price. I will never return to this store again.
