This location is AWFUL. My mother, my boyfriend, and I went to get a tree and had a terrible experience. Before we even got the tree, we were looking for some other things in the store and the older grey haired lady that looked like Paula dean had an attitude when answering our questions. The process of getting the tree netted and in the cart was fine, but could have been better. After we paid for the tree we were told that someone would be out to help us put the tree on the car but they would NOT tie It down, weird but we were fine with It. After waiting, with no one coming out, my boyfriend went back in and was rudely told that they wouldn’t have a a loader which we weren’t told in the beginning. We then had to tarp the car, put the tree on top, and tie the tree down all on our own and with no help at all from the rude workers. WILL NEVER STEP FOOT IN THIS LOCATION AGAIN.

Long story short. Kitchen project started mid July 2017 and is still not done.This is week 27 of which18 were just waiting for 3 re-orders for 3 pieces of crown molding(6 wks. for 1st re-order).Very poor communication between all involved. No responses to our calls from our project rep, her regional office or customer care. Not until Jan.5th. from corporate customers care. The backsplash installed let's water run down behind sink onto cabinet. Still waiting. After SIX months how will they help when the damage is already done? To our nerves and our expensive kitchen dream.

Unbelievable. Do not fall for the dine-in option. There is none. My friend and I found this out the hard way. I had a little bowl of rice with some really salty tough beef on top and he had a burger. Two cokes. Given to us in a plastic bag in plastic containers with plastic cutlery to carry into the movie to balance in our laps and eat in the dark. Try it. 46 bucks without tip or admission to the movie. So, all told, with a decent tip (not the server´s fault) our little outing cost us around $72.

Everyone is very helpful. No trouble finding products. All Vets are treated very well. Great stores.

A great asset to the area. Most things you need for your home improvement projects are in stock. Most departments have well informed staff.
