For a tech giant, they should really do thorough interviews. Nobody seems to know about the products they carry. If you have a question, they'll just read the tag or box. That's not helpful. Also, nobody communicates that they've already approached a customer. Within 10 minutes, 10 different associates will end up bothering and interrupting you as you browse through.

Typical Best Buy fare...inundated by sales people every department you walk to.  Product selection is hit-or-miss.  Some items are low stock and some shelves barren, other items are filled to the brim.  Overall a good place to get an idea of what you like and "kick the tires", but you could probably find it cheaper online.
