Awful management - and that's being nice. I've bought appliances and electronics here simply because sales prices were unbeatable, but I've had to do everything but beg them to take my money because getting someone to help is impossible. The manager here mopes around or simply hides when you need help. I've never met a retail manager that was so indifferent and outright rude to customers.

I have a great fridge I bought back in September 2012. I also purchased an extended warranty. Our fridge went out on Sunday and I have been told that no one can come out to repair until November 4. That will leave us without a fridge for 1.5 weeks. This is ridiculous! I have also been told that we cannot have anyone else work on it under warranty. Needless to say, I am not happy about this at all and will never buy another appliance from here again. We pay for a warranty that is doing us no good. We have already have to throw away so much food!!

worst delivery service every got and email that it would be between 5pm and 8pm got a call at 7am of the day it was to be delivered that they would call 40min before delivery well at 7:15pm no call called them we are in Pensacola but we will call u when we are on the way yea BS got a call at 9:15 saying the truck is shut down for the day and they will try and get it to me tomorrow but they don't know what time what the F yea they suck A.

Called location to get information on product. The person in the electronics department had no knowledge of products. He could not answer any of my questions. In his ghetto voice he then told me I didn't know what I was talking about and hung up on me. We will not be back.
