I really want to give BestBuy 3.5 stars. At least they still offer products that you can pick up that day. They do offer a reasonable selection at reasonable prices, they offer price matching and remember that. The biggest issue I have is that their store prices may be higher than even their online prices. Make sure you compare the two, you can even show the online price on their app and they'll match it if lower. I find the practice deceptive, but they persist with it. If you smart shop it can be a good experience.

Love this Best Buy! Employees are amazing. New guy that walks around and plays Xbox and likes Dark Souls - great guy. Look forward to seeing him every time. I spend over at least $50 a month here (usually more) a month. Would rather shop here for electronics/media than anywhere else.

It's a good store, you can find pretty much anything you need that's electronic. Plus they have the geek squad. The draw back is I can usually find it cheaper online from a different retailer and every time I go in there I'm asked every five seconds if I need help. I just don't like being constantly interrupted, if I need help I'll find someone.

The "BEST" buy I have been to. The employees are full of knowledge on their products. Great team that works with you to answer any questions you may have.

Recently I purchased two Samsung television sets from Best Buy. The staff were courteous and most importantly, extremely knowledgeable about the televisions and their other products. I felt it was important that I get as much information as I could before the purchase and the Best Buy staff have the most knowledge to offer their customers. In addition to this, I was given free delivery of televisions 55" and over - a good warranty and even opportunities for set up and mounting if needed. In addition to these advantages, I could have haul away on 1 old television set. What is there not to like? And I might add price was competitive.
