I love best guy and their prices have gotten better since they now compete with online stores but still higher priced. They have a really good selection of items but what just happened made me not want to go back. I went to get items for my LG V30 and out of their huge selection they didn't have a single item for it. BUYER BEWARE IF DOING BUSINESS WITH BEST BUY IN FAIRFIELD!!!!

Julia was the person who helped my mother and I to purchase a computer ... tower, keyboard and monitor ... and did not give one thought to whether or not what she was saying was true, nor did Best Buy deliver on what Julia promised, which consequently caused us an abundance of wasted time and money!

When I called Best Buy to handle the situation all I received was a nightmare negotiating their voicemail system which took me 15 minutes and 5 calls to get the manager of the Fairfield Best Buy on the phone to only listen to apologies.

Not one word of correcting the sales person, not one word of "how may we serve you so you continue to do business with us" and not one word of we will handle the situation so it never happens again.

Personally, I will never do business with Best Buy again.

my go to store whenever i need to buy a pair of earphones. i always grab the cheapest one since i always break them. today, i saw one that was $9.99 and grabbed it as soon as i saw the price. when i got to the checkout, i was told that it was $19.99. i walked the cashier to the sign saying it was $9.99 and he just told me that it was for a different product. i was waiting for him to honor the price since it was fully stocked by one of their employee. he asked me of i will still purchase the product and didn't even apologize that it was misplaced by their store, or offered that they will honor the mistake they made. i decided to just leave and to never come back. poor customer service. smh. i would understand if it was one product that was misplaced but a full display is a different thing. you don't expect your customers to check every single one of the tags to make sure that they are grabbing the right product, especially since their price tags' fonts are so tiny.

We had a wonderful experience during our last shopping trip. The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful. We recommend best buy to all our friends

Great phone shopping experience! All staff I encountered were super helpful and ask my questions were answered clearly. They know the products they sale!
