If you want to buy a musical instrument, go to your local music store where the prices are appropriate for the quality and service you will receive.  Do not buy a violin anywhere (including Fry's) unless you know the correct size.  A 4th grade student may have to wait until high school to be able to use a full-size violin.  I hope the managers at Fry's read this post, because they aren't answering their phones.

One stop shop for all your electronic wants and needs. Spend some time there. It's not a quick in and out kind of place. Huge building with more than you can imagine.

Staff has issues. Seemingly nobody wants to service me in selecting something to buy. I didn't like the vibe, despite being tech-savvy it stole away from the experience, and when issued their big o'le paperwork, I was supposed to be given info on a rebate. I of course forgot it during the purchasing part, and I was not instructed on what to do.

Partially my fault hence the 3 stars, but will not be buying here again or coming back here.

DO THE EMPLOYEES AT FRYS UNDERSTAND THAT I AM TRYING TO GIVE THEM MONEY AND BUY SOMETHING? 
I asked help from 4 different employees, getting a little closer to what I wanted each  time until I gave up and left the store without making a purchase as no on would direct me to what I wanted. 
Came home and ordered from their website. Not looking forward to returning.

Prices may be good... The Lynne and service are not. No one available to help in the store. I had around 200 dollars worth of merchandise I was going to buy but after waiting in line 10 minutes... Barely moved in line.  The line in front of me was about 6 when u left the Line behind me almost 15 ... No staff!!  I guess this is why I have to head back to Amazon!
