The staff that helped me with my TV purchase was so helpful and prompt with everything. The two worked together. My two daughters were acting up pretty bad and they handled it so well. Really good spirits and playful with them. The TV itself is great quality! No problems and it's been 2 weeks!

Waited in line for a manager to do a price match for over 10 minutes while we watched them chatting away with other employees. Mind you the store was basically empty so clearly they were not busy discussing important issues .

Hit & miss service..some awesome...some will ignore ya. I like the geek squad guys. Hate the way they corral u down a chute to the register.
