Personally would like to tell the lady who just gave this a poor review that tiger tech is for students who can explain a problem, not to read minds of a 75 year old. As someone who has had countless problems, they have done nothing less than fix it perfectly

We purchased a MacBook from Tiger Tech for our daughter during Summer Welcome. We purchased here because we expected it to be convenient and equal in quality to Best Buy or the Apple store. We purchased a new MacBook Air. They gave us the old models that they were trying to get rid of even though we purchased the "newest" version. Strike 1. We had them install the software. 6 months later we are bringing the MacBook back to them because the software has failed. Strike 2. They don't know why it has failed, but for $100 they will re-install it. The hardware warranty does not cover this. I have used a MacBook Air for 5+ years that I purchased at Best Buy. I have never had any software issues with it. I use a Mac at my office -never had software issues. We use a Mac at home - never had software issues. TigerTech is convenient for students walking around campus...but we will not be making any more purchases from them.

Great service. They have been able to diagnose every Apple related issue I have had better than Apple themselves! Apple is too concerned with trying to prove they are not at fault for even minor issues with their products while these guys are more focused on solving the issue and getting me back on track.

Can't always answer the tough tech questions, but they have been reliable at pointing me in the right direction

Does not even deserve 1 star. NON existent service. 3 employees working and not one of them would engage with my 75 year old mom and help her with her tech problem. Would not spend a dime here !
