Friendly staff, fairly price products with their nice price match policy online. Best buy has been a nice one stop shop for all my electronics online or in store needs. Had a bad experience on refund and they have yet not processed it. I gave up after 1 month. I will bump it down further if refund still doesn't gets processed. You guys have my number, feel free to contact me.

Incompetent and NO customer service Big headache and waste of time to do business with staff at this Best Buy. Mine started when I went over to pick up my home theater system. A customer service rep Denise scheduled installation appt for Tuesday 8am-12pm. I wasted half of my day because no one showed up to do the job. I called Best Buy only to find out that "they are having a glitch in the system and are trying to fix it." - shouldn't they have fixed it or taken another mode of communication to provide services if they were aware of this? Needless to say, I was upset and I informed the store manager Dan that I'm having a party of friends over this Saturday and need my speakers installed by then. Dan offers to send installers out on Thursday and I said I can't do it because I can't take another day off from work. I asked if anything can be done today or tomorrow since my appointment was for today morning and the reason it got botched was because of an issue on their end. Dan's answer was still simple "No." I work in a field where service is a key, and sometimes I will work through lunch or stay an hour or two for my patients. If they were even slightly apologetic about what happened, they could have one of their installers work OT and rectify this situation. I purchased a center receiver AND 5.1 home theater speaker system. And they can't allow one inconvenience on their part to fix this mess? I won't be returning to this Best Buy.

I recently had called the Geek Squad department to have an appointment with having my remote start fixed. It was a syncing issue of some sort and even though the gentleman wasn't familiar with the manufacturer. He tried many attempts at figuring it out and sure enough he was able to see what the problem was and was very nice about it all. It was late in the day and he was willing to help me. Thank you Ariel. You were a great help!!

the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. i love the new location because it is easier to get to and more parking availability.

This is a intresting Best Buy. Do not let the outside view fool you. This Best Buy is small though it is two floors. I got a 4K film and a pop socket. I wish the store was not moving to The Outlets At Bergen Town Center.
