Usually they have a great staff at this location and everything you'll need for your home or business. I really appreciate that they have been expanding their organic b offerings.

Prices are great, prices per unit of larger packaging is worth it in the long run. Everything arranged in an easy-to-remember pattern (although they sometimes move things around in the freezer and refrigerated sections). Value is high. Do be careful driving in the parking lot, people competing for spaces can be pretty cutthroat.

This is the worst BJ's I've ever been to everytime I go I say I'm never coming back to this one again and this time I mean it the employees move like dead zombies the place was dirty and unorganized... every employee there looks like they hate being there and they're doing you a favor

Clean place, friendly helpful staff,  always saves you money with all the coupons.  Long lines even in the self check out.  But all in all, it's a great place to shop.

I used to be a member years ago, but my family no longer buys in bulk, so it didn't pay to have a membership anymore. Problem is, my son, who has autism, OCD, and Selective Eating Disorder, for breakfast ONLY eats a certain pancake sold frozen at bjs. 
I went in to my Paramus, nj, store today and explained all this to the manager at customer serviced and asked if I could just purchase a box or two of that item without having a membership, and she was very rude as she explained if I wanted to buy something, I need a membership or I'd have to pay a 20% premium. I asked for a guest one day pass or a trial three month membership, which I see in just about every paper I get, and she wouldn't do it.
I finaally had to approach a woman on line and ask if she wouldn't mind scanning her card for me, just I could buy this item. Thankfully, she was very nice about it and totally understanding, not like the customer service manager. I'll tell you one thing, they're sure as heck not getting my membership money now. I was considering rejoining just to be able to buy this one item, but now, forget that. I'll have to scour the internet or call the pancake company to find out where else I can buy it.
