I would recommend no one ever purchase a computer from this location, or any Best Buy for that matter. I purchased a Dell Inspiron laptop at the end of August to prepare for my 1st year at college! Two months later, in October, we took it back to Best Buy because the charger stopped working and they gave us a replacement Dell laptop (the exact same model). I received a new laptop in the mail on November 1st. Lo and behold, three months later (February 3rd) we brought the NEW computer back to Best Buy because it also won’t charge. Today, manager John of the Mount Laurel NJ location told us he would not give us a refund, store credit, or a replacement computer. Instead, he told us we could “have a CHAIR” and “sit here all day”, but he would not help us. Now, i am in my second semester of college WITHOUT a functioning laptop. PLEASE PURCHASE ALL ELECTRONICS FROM A COMPANY WITH BETTER MORALS THAN BEST BUY. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE DELL LAPTOPS AS THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. Apparently at Best Buy, it’s not unreasonable to go through two laptops in 5 months, and I’ll be taking my electronic business to PC Richards from now on. As for Dell, i am never purchasing from them and i encourage everyone to do the same. WARNING TO THE CLASS OF 2018 and beyond: when you’re in the market to get a new laptop for school, DO NOT BUY A DELL LAPTOP AT BEST BUY. i had to learn the hard way.

always good service and selection. Never ran into any problems here.  Employee at least in the computer section are very knowledgeable.

Came to Best Buy to spend several thousands of dollars on appliances and walked out. Stood there for 10 mins and no one approached me. The 2 chatty Kathys saleswomen had no interest in helping me. Went over to PC Richard and Son and had the best experience ever. Never will spend a dime here again.

Really like the see service  that you get here when you need a TV they really go over board to make sure you get what you are  looking for at the right price
