Worked with a great guy today on replacing my dishwasher. He was knowledgeable, kind, and got me a good deal. I would recommend James to anyone. He was great. Also recommend PC Richards for all your needs. They stand behind their products. I just got a faulty DW replaced with a brand new one purchased at PC Richards after 3 years because they could not fix the problem in a reasonable amount of time.

Black Friday shopping has never been so delightful!  I purchased my Sony 4K TV with a wonderful salesmen named Jamie, he was very helpful and knowledgeable.  The store was calm and quiet and made for an overall wonderful shopping experience.  We will definitely be returning for all our future purchases!!

As soon as we entered the store, our sales person Tara greeted us and enthusiastically told us everything we needed to know about p.c Richard’s background and being family owned and operated and all the perks/benefits of shopping with this company. She was extremely helpful and was very patient with us when we were making our purchase. What a beautiful young lady. 
           Great store, great service!
