My Best Buy experience was good on this night. I knew what I came in the store for and I found it and made my way to the register. To use my earned reward certificate even made it a more appreciated purchase. I don't spend as much as I used to on electronics but when I am ready for that specific purchase I will do my homework to find the best value and usually Best Buy is in the equation. So yes this was a good shopping experience at Best Buy tonight.

Shopping at BB was quick and easy. When I didn't know how to find something the sales associate was off like a flash and found it for me! Well done!

Overall, this a very nice store.  The store has evolved over time and now has a huge focus on electronics.  The large spaces that used to be occupied by CDs, Blu-rays, etc. are now filled with helpful devices, and accessories. The phone and computer sections are fairly large with a lot of variety as well.  You can find better prices elsewhere for some items, but it's worth a visit to check things out.

Worst ever....I signed up online for one of their workshops and received not one, but two emails reminding me of my workshop date and time as well as a confirmation code. I arrive at Best Buy today and the store is not open, no one is there. Finally, an employee arrives and I ask about it. He tells me to come inside and wait with another two people who were there for the same workshop, but informs me that he has no idea that any workshops were scheduled at that store. Another employee says the "photo" guy was going to be another 15 minutes and if we wanted to wait.  So we ask, is there going to be a workshop?? He says "No, he doesn't have the equipment/materials to teach the workshop, but he knows a lot about cameras, so he can talk to you guys....".
Seriously? I woke up early, drove 1/2 hour and had to get a babysitter to attend this. Unacceptable!
I am a business owner and NEVER TREAT  my customers that way. 
I got no apology from anyone at the store, who also question if we had the "right date"...I had to show him the email confirming it. I tried to call customer service and the girl not only "couldn't find the class online" (even thought I had confirmation and there were 3 other people who showed up for it), she kept trying to switch me to "sales"???
I have bought a lot of stuff over the last few months but Best Buy will not see another $$$ from me!
