UPDATE: I don't know what's changed at this store but the customer service is appalling. They make up rules as they go at the customer service counter and the folks at the check-outs just seem miserable and unwilling to perform their duties correctly. My most recent, and final, visit here ended with me being asked to retrieve the price card for an item that was ringing up for substantially more than the shelf price indicated. It was apparent that my having brought up the discrepancy really irritated the little fella checking me out. Upon returning, I was informed that I had picked up the card for the item in a different color. After explaining that the price on all of the cards for all of the colors was the same, I was sent to hunt for the card representing the correct color. Upon returning, the cashier had cancelled my transaction and started with the next customer, effective pushing me to the back of the line. This will be the first year in half a decade that I won't qualify for Elite Plus status because I'd prefer to wait a couple of days to get my electronics delivered to my front door (often for a better price) than deal with "customer service" personnel with bad attitudes.
ORIGINAL 3-STAR REVIEW: It's Best Buy. Pretty much the only big-box electronics store in town. You don't visit for the customer service, which, given the new batch of unhelpful-bordering-rude personnel working at the front of the store, is a good thing.

Never had a bad experience at Best Buy. Even when they mess up they're quick to fix it. Their prices are usually great compared to online retailers. They also price match. And if I'm going to pay taxes I'd rather it stay in the area I live.
If you make frequent purchases here, its worth getting on the rewards program. Nothing wrong with free money.

The store isn't bad and the workers are helpful, however we had gone into the store to purchase a Samsung tablet, being I'm in the IT field I know these pretty well. The employee that was working behind the Samsung booth was telling people incorrect information in which I felt I had to correct. Once proven she was wrong she walked away and left the remaining customers. While I'm not saying no one in there knows what they sell in there station I will say most are trained to sell and say select words to make them think they know. Just be careful.

Do not buy electronics from this store! The manager will not allow you to return anything. We purchased a tv and it was damaged out of the box. The manager stated that they do not buy back cracked TVs and to contact the manufacture
