Good selection and reasonable prices on some items. The service is terrible though. If you have questions don't waste your time waiting on answers here. I come here often and it really seems like it keeps getting worse. But there's not much to choose from in Alexandria. If you're needing help from best buy you may save time driving to Shreveport!

It's best buy. The store was clean, and neat, there were a lot of shoppers but the lines weren't packed, I didn't use the bathrooms, the employees were nice. Nothing terrible or exceptional.

Decent store with decent selection. The staff was very friendly and helpful, but not too much into your business. Will definitely return.

I will never shop in this store again. I ordered something online for in store pick up to save time well after 1 and 30 min of waiting in the store after it said it was ready for pick up i finally got it. Realized i ordered the wrong thing decided i wanted to return it right away we’ll there is another 15 min wait because the cashier was not competent. I’ve never written a bad review but this was just so terrible. Shop elsewhere people
