I am very pleased with my purchase at Best Buy - Boulder. I did not even know they did installation for car stereo, back-up cameras, etc. I decided to go to Best Buy because the stereo was recommended by several people and it was available at Best Buy and on sale. The only glitch was that I bought a couple of accessories that upon installation were the incorrect ones needed for the job to be completed. I attribute this more to my lack of knowledge about cars and trying to communicate that to the store associate trying to sell me the correct parts. The installer was awesome and called each step of the way and was able to locate the correct parts in the store and get the job done. He stayed longer to complete the job and showed us how to use the new stereo and back-up camera, which I think is a nice touch. Thank you, Zane and Best Buy -Boulder.

They do a great job.  I shop at this store a lot for work, (I used to use the Bloomfield store).  They always price match, if their price is higher then Amazon.  Geek squad does a great job.  It's best if you make a appointment in advance.  Some times they get backed up, and I end up waiting, but most of the time there service is very quick.  IT support is very difficult, and in today world of online shopping, I'm glade they are still around to give face to face support.

On seeing their advertised price match guarantee, I called Boulder Best Buy to see if they had the phone with answering machine I wanted, to replace my 88-year old mom's phone that had broken. After verifying they would price match Amazon, I was assured that they had several of them in stock, and that I wouldn't need to put one on hold. 
When I got to the store the next day, I discovered they had lied to me; they did not have the model of phone I called about, that comes with 2 phones. This was not some innocent mistake. The guy who waited on me kept trying to sell me a much more expensive version of the phone I wanted, but with 3 or 4 handsets. When this didn't work, he tried to convince me that brands that had gotten crappy ratings were as good as the phone my research had led me to want to buy.
My mom's apartment in a retirement home in Boulder is 40 miles from me. I could have gone to any number of other Best Buys on my drive there. I didn't order from Amazon because I wanted to replace her phone immediately, and she needed help setting it up. Called Office Depot, down the street and they had the phone and the price match. Will no longer be doing business with Best Buy.

Good selection of electronics. Many helpful people willing and able to help out. They do not work on commission so ask for help. They are there for you. Wide array of goods from TV's to cell phone service. Clean store.

So I go to Best Buy to buy a game. I walk in and the guy greets me with "Hi, how are you today?" so I reply with "Good, you?", and he doesn't respond with anything - instead he ignores me. So I turned around, walked out the door, drove 6 minutes down the road to Target and bought what I was going to buy at Best Buy at Target instead. 
Anyone who works for Best Buy, this occurred around 6:34 PM on 1/15/18, so check whoever was on the schedule and let him know that ignoring customers after greeting them is inconsistent with your company's values.
