In the past, I had my phone repaired here and recalled the experience to be very helpful with a staff of really genuine people. I went back recently since the monitor on my laptop gave out and it was yet another perfect experience. Levi helped me this time around (although I know they're all good here), and as usual they gave me my free diagnostic. It was an easy enough repair for them that no new parts were needed and I walked away with my laptop working again, free of charge. Even when your device really needs repairs, these guys don't push you into anything and are very helpful about getting your things back to normal. Two positive experiences, two thumbs up.

Brought my laptop in that would not start due to water damage. Stone did a free diagnostic and found that one of my RAM sticks had failed. I asked if he could remove the failed stick to get the PC running again and he did so completely free of charge! The service and response time was very fast and all staff members which I interacted with were very friendly and helpful. Will recommend this shop to my friends and family when they need any type of device repair or replacement work done!

Very good experience so far. Dropped off a phone that wouldn't turn on. They looked at it for free and then let us know they could fix it but that the manufacturer was also really good about sending new phones even if it was past warranty. Gave us some tips on contacting them and we did. Three days later we got a new free phone in the mail. They could have easily said "$100 and we will fix it" but they looked out for our best interest and that will keep us coming back anytime we need to.

Stone, Lee and Axle were very professional, courteous and helpful. I wanted a Samsung S 8+ certified store, but didn't have the time to drive 100 miles to Boulder so I shipped the phone overnight with a prepaid return label.  Stone made sure the order of the screen color was placed and arrived. Lee and Axle called me to make sure they understood what I wanted done and that the MFG warranty would be reinstated. Finally, Lee went above and beyond my expectations by taking the repaired phone to FedEx for return. The phone arrived on Thursday at their facility, was repaired and shipped the same day so I was only out of service for 2 days, I received it Friday morning looking brand new! I have never had such prompt, careful service with updated communication throughout. You are the best!!  Thank you! Not to mention UBreakiFix is $140 less than CPR Cell Phone Repair for the same service.

My PC laptop short circuited on a Sunday morning and I was concerned with whether the laptop would be able to be recovered and how much I'd be charged. Luckily uBreakiFix was prompt, professional, and transparent about the whole process! They said it'd be 2 days for diagnostics because they had a lot of other equipment to work on, but they were able to fix the problem within a couple hours! And because it was an easy fix they didn't charge me anything! I also overheard them telling another customer that they allow you to shop around and often match the price of competitors, which is really great.
