Average Best Buy, so the prices are at MSRP. They do have the occasional good deal. They have a pretty great inventory though, the only area lacking in a wide variety is the computer components section. The customer service isn't great though. The sales people like to act superior and more knowledgeable. They will lie to get you to buy more stuff, saying stuff like you "need it".

Honestly my favorite store. They always have what I need and I always walk out with more. Great team and great service too.

I recently purchased the Phillips Hue Lights to connect to my google home. I asked the guy helping me if this is how i set it up. I live two hours away by the way. But yes he says I only need the light bulb and it should work. I later get home to realized I needed another thing knowns as the bridge... Thanks Best Buy........ Guess I'll just have to order it off Amazon!!!

I only give it one star because we only went here to buy my daughter a new phone and the guy was selling it hard to make the sale, instead of listening when I said that phone won't work in our area

Appointment for Geek Squad was not honored after a two hour drive to get my iphone fixed. Apologies were not evident and was told it was because the center that I called did not check in with the store before setting my appt. Email to Best Buy to express my disappointment also unanswered.
