Hands down the best customer service in town! Went in with an iPhone that I thought was unfixable, Left it with Maine geeks, went back the next day and I had would looked like a brand new iPhone again! I will definitely be bring my business to Maine geeks! All the staff was top notch and willing to help answer all my questions! Already planing on bring my laptop to get all updated!!

Stopped by geeksquad with my laptop that had a broken power bracket. They wanted to ship it out and gave an estimate of 3-4 weeks. Found these guys right next to the best buy building and they fixed it and had to back to me in 3 hours. Great customer service and they gave me price options depending on my budget.

I have always gone to the salon next to this store. I am just starting up school and needed a computer that would be reliable. I decided to go in and check out the store. I ended up buying a used mac. I was impressed with how clean and organized the place was. The customer service was warm and friendly. I love how good the computer works it is like brand new.

I broke my screen on my phone on Christmas Eve later in the day and didn't think I would be able to find anywhere to have it fixed in time before I had to leave to go out of town for the holiday to visit family and would need my phone to travel in the weather. A friend of mine told me about Maine geeks and thankfully they were open. I brought my phone in and they were very pleasant and friendly.They had all the parts in stock and  my phone was fixed and ready in a very timely manner. I wanna Thank them dearly for helping me out in a time of need. A++ I would recommend everyone to go here!

The guys @ Maine Geeks are amazing, Chris was very patient and knowledgeable. I only paid $69 to get my iPhone 8 Plus fixed and elsewhere it was over $129. I’m happy with the quality of service and the value.
