This is one of my favorite places to buy stuff I don't need but the sad thing is that they are closing soon so that'll put an end to that. The staff are friendly and seem intelligent about the products. And when I say intelligent, I mean that they read off the card that is under the displayed product. Either way, I really like this store and I will hate to see it go. (insert sad face here)

The floor model of the computer I wanted to look at was not working, and the employee said that it had not worked for the month and a half that it has been on display. I decided that purchasing any computer at this point was not going to happen. Then going to the register the item I purchased rang up $50 more (an 100% increase) than it was marked. After looking at the tag on the Shelf the gentleman charged me what the tag said. By not purchasing the store 2 year warranty and only relying on the items five year manufactured warranty. I was then told I had 15 days and only 15 days in order to return said (birthday gift) item. Luckily the person I purchased this item for has her birthday within the 15-day range and I will be able to return it if she does not want it. I have been more and more discouraged Buy Best Buy each year. This visit did not improve the store's rating as far as I'm concerned.

A great store to get all your electronic needs and help. I have had nothing but great service, great products, and helpful people. It's sad to see it go. It will be leaving Auburn on October 28th, 2017.

I first want to say that Gene Pinard is a true professional. His work was precise & accurate. A great personality with respect to the customer. The Geek Squad is lucky to have him. I will definitely recommend this type of service to all my friends.

Helpful! Was asked by several people if I needed help and one guy took the time to go over laptops and help me decide, and checked back in with me. The only reason I still shop brick and mortar sometimes is for good customer service. Thanks.
