I worked here, kalli kat sounds like the exact dumb person we would deal with on a daily basis.....stupid, people would call and say theyre dryer was broken because they didnt think to clean the lint out.....seriously im sure you are one of those people...because THAT is theexact run around we would give dumb people, and by we I mean matt andersen ha..and keep in mind all of our customers 90% of them are all welfare checks that we get paid out of, so dont act like you spent hard earned $ on these pieces of equipment like the soundbar&giga system that i delivered u for youre grand children

Their workers are incompitant. They came to check out my dryer. I told them what was wrong with it. I told them the heating element went. They turned the wash on and off. Unpluged it and tried agin. Then looked at me like i was stupid and said every word i said to them back to me. I let it slide at the time. The workers took my new phone number down since the numbers on my account were wrong and told me they would be back another day between 10-2 to bring me a loaner. Flash forward to day of delivery- I start waiting diligently at the door at 10. Come 1:30 I call them and ask when they are going to come. Get told between 2-7 now. When I tried to explain what I was told they hung up on me. So I wait. And I wait. Come 10 minutes to 7 and they still haven't showed up. I call back and I get told they are not coming. And they are now coming a different day. I ask to speak to a manager and they don't let me. I will never and I mean never lease another thing from them. Its not worth it when they cannot hire decent people. If I could give negative stars I would.
