Being that I run a home & business electronics assistant consulting company. I use best buy often. However, for larger projects like new home networking and smart home setups; I often use online sources for products. I love electronics and love this store. Especially because it's close to home 👍

The store on the strip in N.Canton is very well run. The employees that work there are all friendly and knowledgeable. I have also used their Geek Squad many times and found the same results.

This Best Buy has been very helpful when I have needed to buy a new or replacement electronic device for my home office.  The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous.  I recommend them for electronic needs.

There are good and bad about Best Buy as a company. This particular Best Buy is great. All Best Buy prices are high so those who complain are ignorant for that. Overall, this place offers popular products with great customer service to help find what you need. This Best Buy is better than most. I never have to spend much time inside this store. Stop here to buy your tech, but make sure you check online first.

I feel like I live here! But the staff is usually pretty friendly! Had a fiasco when they gave me a new phone number instead of porting my old one, but other than that, not bad!
