Best Buy is always a joy to go in. I am from a small town in North Dakota so we don't get there very often when we do it's usually a large purchase and we have always had good service. The 2 gentlemen that helped us went above and beyond. I really wish I could remember there names because they really deserve to be recognized!!!

Had a laptop emergency and had to buy a new one. Called and they said out of staters could apply with the State of ND to have sales tax returned. So I figured it wouldnt hurt to get it here. Came in bought $1700 laptop. Paid $100 tax. Called them back to find out how to to get the refund and all of a sudden that isn't something the state does and they've never heard of. They say it must be a local thing in the town I need to apply for. Hey, I found out one more reason to not go to North Dakota!!! Stupid Norwegians.

Bought a laptop there last year as window 10 screwed up my laptop do not install the window 10 it mess up hard drive as not very happy with product.
