I had the worst experience in my life with the Sears repair of people. They came out to fix a light on a refrigerator and found a filter housing was bad but didn't bother to tighten the connector and it flooded my house. Then they came back to take pictures of the damage, but they didn't fix the fridge yet and it's been about a month. The techs were very rude to me and my tenants. I will never buy another appliance from Sears ever.!!!

The store is closeing,so their were very few workers to wait on people.I would have made a purchase in the jewerly dept.,but the lady went on her break,even though I was there an asked about 2 items.I been through this before at this Sears.2 years ago,I went to Sears to purchase a new washer an dyer,funny thing,not 1 person could be found,to ask questions,or write up a purchase.I have purchased a lot of Kenmore over the years an not had a complaint about my machines,just the staff in the store.

I have always had great service here and anything I have bought has lasted. I would come here over wal-mart.

I tried to exchange a pair of shoes my son got as a birthday gift. They refused to do anything without a receipt and even with a receipt they wouldn't do anything if it's been over 30 days. I even tried calling their corporate number to see if we could get assistance from them. Their customer service is terrible.
