Clean store with helpful associates. My last visit was quick and easy even though one of the items I was after was not in stock. The associate was able to help me place the order and ring up my other item at his station when the line at the till was quite long. This made for a quick and easy trip over my lunch break.

They usually have a good selection in all departments and carry the latest movies, games, and phones. The staff is friendly and in all my interactions have done what it takes to answer any questions that I have. The computer department seems to think they might be the only people that know anything about computers. This typically leads to them talking down to you. Geek Squad likes to try and get out of servicing warranties. It takes being aggressive to actually honor them.

It's been forever since I have been here. Boy has it changed. The whole store has a better layout. Prices are good. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. This is their life. They want to work here. Store is clean and organized. If you have a question, or ten, about a TV or camera or game or phone or whatever this is the place to go. The lines for the checkouts are always open and you are in and out. And all that with a smile!

Always had a good experience here in fargo. We bought some joy con controllers from best buy online had issues with one and they exchanged them in the store no problem what so ever. Had a new set brought up front while my son and I waited to get all the details taken care off. Great staff and store.

The staff and management didn't seem to have the knowledge or ability to easily process an exchange despite being before expire of warranty, and having receipt and c.card of purchase present. What I expected to be a 10 minute visit to the store turned into two trips, nearly an hour each, and lengthy phone calls. The GM appeared unwilling to acknowledge anything was a matter of concern to him. Offering sales and plans seemed to be the customer service manager's primary agenda rather than assisting fellow employees with the exchange.
